Six men who were arrested during the unrest in Baltimore last year have filed a police brutality lawsuit.
The plaintiffs say the Baltimore Police Department violated their constitutional rights during the protests.
The men also claim that police actions led to them suffering abrasions, contusions, nerve damage, swelling and other injuries.
According to the Baltimore Sun, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, the police department and Attorney General Brian Frosh are not commenting on the pending litigation.
