Maryland State Agencies Threatened by Cyberattacks

According to incident reports from the Department of Information Technology, Maryland government entities have suffered at least six cyber attacks since the beginning of 2013. The reports, obtained by Capital News Service through a Maryland Public Information Act request, reveal that data-hungry hackers and scammers are targeting state agencies which means the cyber terrorism has grown to its peak and everything is at stake now.
