Police respond to several theft reports: Cleveland Heights Police Blotter

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS

THEFT, MONTICELLO BOULEVARD: A car was broken into Dec. 20.

THEFT, COVENTRY ROAD: A car was reported stolen Dec. 20.

THEFT, MAYFIELD ROAD: An East Cleveland woman, 43, was arrested Dec. 21 for stealing items from Sally Beauty Supply.

BREAKING AND ENTERING, SUPERIOR ROAD: A vacant home was entered Dec. 21 but nothing was stolen from inside.

BURGLARY, AVONDALE AVENUE: A second-floor suite of a home was broken into Dec. 21 and two cameras and two movies were stolen from inside.

BURGLARY, NOBLE ROAD: On Dec. 21 a house was broken into through use of a pry tool. A television and computer were stolen.

BURGLARY, HILLCREST ROAD: A second-floor apartment was broken into Dec. 21 and ransacked. A video game system and backpack were stolen from inside.

THEFT, MAYFIELD ROAD: A Cleveland man, 61, was arrested Dec. 21 for theft from Marshall’s.

ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING, FOREST HILLS BOULEVARD: Someone tried to break into a vacant home Dec. 22.


THEFT, HELMSDALE ROAD: A car was broken into Dec. 22.

BREAKING AND ENTERING, CALEDONIA AVENUE: A vacant home was broken into Dec. 23.

THEFT, MAYFIELD ROAD: On Dec. 23 police arrested to Cleveland women, ages 19 and 20, for theft from Walmart.

BURGLARY, WASHINGTON BOULEVARD: A credit card was stolen during the burglary of a home Dec. 23. It was then used to make a purchase at Guy’s Pizza on Friday.

BREAKING AND ENTERING, QUILLIAMS ROAD: On Dec. 23 a juvenile boy was seen in the backyard of a vacant home attempting to pry open a window. The suspect fled the scene when he was scared away by the owner.

BREAKING AND ENTERING, ORCHARD ROAD: A vacant home was entered Dec. 23 and copper pipes were stolen from inside. There were no signs of forced entry.

THEFT, HILLCREST ROAD: A resident reported Dec. 23 that packages that had been delivered to her home, valued at $204, had been stolen.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, COVENTRY ROAD: A Michigan man, 22, was arrested Friday for disorderly conduct at Panini’s.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, MAYFIELD ROAD: A Shaker Heights man, 24, was arrested for disorderly conduct Friday.

THEFT, MAYFIELD ROAD: A Cleveland woman, 22, was arrested Friday for theft from Walmart.

BURGLARY, COTTAGE GROVE DRIVE: A burglary was reported Friday.

THEFT, MAYFIELD ROAD: A Cleveland Heights man, 23, was arrested for theft from Walgreen’s Friday.

DISTURBANCE, PRINCETON ROAD: Police responded to a disturbance at about 2:10 a.m. Friday after a caller reported that a group of males were yelling and trying to break into cars on the street. When officers arrived they saw a group of about 25 males in the street. Police determined that the men were leaving a party and the group dispersed.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, LEE ROAD: A Cleveland man, 37, was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct at CVS.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, RYDALMOUNT ROAD: On Saturday police arrested a Cleveland Heights girl, 17, for domestic violence.

BURGLARY, EUCLID HEIGHTS BOULEVARD: A burglary was reported Saturday.

THEFT, MAYFIELD ROAD: On Sunday police arrested two Cleveland females, ages 17 and 46, for theft from Walmart.

BURGLARY, WASHINGTON BOULEVARD: On Sunday a home was broken into through a broken rear window.
