When is Schieffer going to admit, he made the wrong call……and that this incident was never really about politics, at all?????
We don’t need to keep violence out of politics……we need to keep violence out of society.
Get your head on straight, Schieffer, you have a public forum, and you need to stop making wrong judgments, and incorrect associations, from events.
What we need, is a kinder, gentler society, of people who exercise generosity, restraint, and decency. That calls for a re-make of our society, and for bringing our children up, in a better way. It will take generations of change, to work through the people in today’s society, and effect change into the future. It is too late to change those living now. We must look to changing humans, gradually, over time, into better creatures, by changing how they are raised, if we are to have any hope for a better world, or even any world at all.
Changing the basic nature of humans, however, is going to be a monumental task.
