Hacker Sentenced for Posting Grady Sizemore Pics

The woman found guilty of hacking an e-mail account belonging to Grady Sizemore’s former girlfriend and then posting racy photos of the former Cleveland Indian on the internet has been sentenced for her crime.

According to a Star Tribune Report, Leah Ayers, 20, of Apple Valley, Minnesota, plead guilty on Tuesday morning to a charge of unauthorized computer access, a gross misdemeanor in Dakota County, Minnesota.

The Star Tribune Report claims that Ayers was placed on probation for two years. She has also been ordered to serve six days on a county work crew.

As part of her sentence Ayers has been ordered to have no contact with Sizemore or his then girlfriend, Brittany Binger.

The photos of Sizemore first appeared on the internet in August of 2009. The pictures showed Sizemore in various states of undress.

On October 31st, the Cleveland Indians declined their club option on Sizemore making the center fielder a free agent.

Sizemore played just 71 games for Cleveland this past season. He batted .269 for the Indians in his eight years.
