GERMAN police could swoop on a second allotment plot owned by prime suspect Christian B in connection to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
Locals fear the second plot in Braunschweig, Germany could be hiding another cellar – just like the one found 40 miles away in Hanover.
The emergence of a second plot comes on the same day that cops ended their probe of the allotment in Hanover.
Investigators have been searching land between Hanover-Ahlem and Seelze-Letter since Monday.
They dug up an allotment where Christian B is believed to have once lived in a caravan for a short while between 2007 and 2008.
Cops have also searched an underground cellar that has remained intact and untouched since Madeleine disappeared in 2007 – despite the building above ground being torn down that year.
