Transcript —————— Greetings citizens of the world, we are anonymous. This is a call to action for anonymous members, sympathizers and citizens of the global community. In the United States, our forefathers envisioned a nation governed by its people, serving their will. Over time, we have lost our way and are struggling with corruption in the government which we elected. Fortunately we are in a time of a global awakening, where one no longer need sit idly by and tolerate the injustices committed by the few. It is in this mindset that anonymous has initiated #OpJuly4th. Over the course of the next 6 months, we encourage you to join us in reflecting on the current state of the United States and to become a force for change. In preparation for the event you are encouraged to be creative in helping gain momentum for the event. You might distribute graphics on social media, hand out flyers, or educate your friends and family. Solicit followers by updating the event website with your involvement and communicate with others using the hashtag opjuly4th. Then, on July 4th, 2013 take your message to the streets as part of the collective in the spirit of raising awareness. Anonymous will be gathering at locations around the nation to distribute copies of the US Constitution serving as a reminder of the fundamental beliefs that the nation was built upon.
