We currently have an opportunity for an experienced (10 years) Computer Systems Coordinator.
Computer Systems Manager
General Responsibilities
- Administer an Exchange 2008 mail server.
- Administer Windows 2008 2003 file server.
- Administer Windows Tape and Backup server
- Administer and maintain a PC/MAC workstation environment consisting of Windows XP, Windows 7 and O/S 10 platforms.
- Administer Security with Symantec AVF for Exchange and Norton Anti Virus Corporate Edition.
- Install, test and troubleshoot in-house and third party data
- Setup both local and network user profiles and accounts
- Assign specific IP addresses as well as managed DHCP scope
- Maintains full knowledge of system’s capacity and operating features.
Requirements:
- 10 years prior experience.
- Knowledge, skills, abilities and physical requirements necessary to perform essential job functions.
- Advanced strong computer aptitude to include thorough knowledge of programming and network systems
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision as well as a team player attitude.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2007 and 2010 procedures, standards and methods a plus.
- Knowledge of Revit 2009 and 2011 procedures, standards and methods a plus.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and a accurately in stressful situations.
- Able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, follow-up, creatively think outside the box.
- Flexible, a proactive team player
