Peter Draper was sentenced to 60 years to life in prison in Adams County District Court today (Monday).
In October, Draper was found guilty of the death of his 2-year-old grandson, Joseph Rinehart Jr.
He was sentenced on a count of intentional child abuse resulting in death. He also received 49 to 50 years in prison for one count of intentional child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury.
The sentences will be served consecutively and he will be eligible for parole in 54 1/2 years.
This is the same sentence he received in his original trial in 2013.
Joseph died after two trips to Franklin County Memorial Hospital on April 30, 2012.
