Just today, set.gov.ph and portal1.doh.gov.ph was pawned again by unknown defacers which contains the same deface message.
The message was an act of humiliation to a wannabe hacker named GreyHat Ethical Hacker. Poor guy, his wall of shame will always be remembered.
