Duo charged with 10 counts of credit card fraud

Dothan police arrested two people over the weekend and charged them each with 10 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. According to a Dothan police statement, police arrested 42-year-old Katrina Elvie McMahon and 29-year-old Vincent M. Townsend, both of North Foster Street, and charged them each 10 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. The police statement said the charges stemmed from investigation which began on Aug. 18, after the victim reportedly dropped his debit card and the suspects found it allegedly illegally used it. McMahon and Townsend were both taken to the Houston County Jail and each held on bail totaling $150,000.
