An East St. Louis man has been sentenced to 140 years in prison for child sex abuse.
Marlon Coleman, 40, was convicted for abusing four young girls in an East St. Louis neighborhood over the course of six months. All of the victims were younger than 13 when the abuse occurred.
Coleman pleaded guilty in August to 10 counts of predatory criminal sexual assault.
