A former Mrs. Orange County pageant winner has pleaded not guilty to creating child pornography featuring a 4-year-old relative.
The Orange County Register (http://bit.ly/1M1ERLi ) says Meghan Alt entered pleas Friday to possessing child porn and committing lewd acts with a minor.
Prosecutors say she sold images of the girl to a Southern California Marine.
The 25-year-old Irvine woman was arrested in San Diego County earlier this month and is free on bail.
