An online eyeware retailer is accused of contacting customers with obscene messages.

A Brooklyn man behind a luxury online eyeware store sold counterfeit frames — and then cyberbullied customers who dared to post complaints about him, the feds said yesterday.

Vitaly Borker used “aggressive, obscene and intimidating conduct” against his customers, according to court papers. The government said the owner of DecorMyEyes.com also:

*Regularly e-mailed customers expletive-filled notes.

*Told one woman’s husband that he was married to a “f—-g whore.”

*Threatened to sexually assault another woman.

*Posted Google Earth pics of his victim’s homes — and warned he knew how to find them.

“Online consumers should never be in fear for their safety simply,” U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said. “Vitaly Borker, an alleged cyberbully and fraudster, cheated his customers, and when they complained, tried to intimidate them with obscenity and threats of serious violence.”

Borker, 34, was arrested yesterday  in the spacious Sheepshead Bay home he shares with his wife and 2-year-old. He may have been a tough guy online and on the phone but when he was cuffed he was bawling like a baby, sources said.

Investigators found five firearms, including a semi-automatic machine gun, and a van full of counterfeit designer glasses, prosecutor Danya Perry said.

Borker, also known as “Tony Russo” had “very disturbing images and videos of pre-pubescent children,” Perry said.

Online, his threats were “absolutely unspeakable” and “bone-chilling,” the prosecutor continued.

A pregnant woman was threatened with “physical and sexual violence” and a Colorado customer who complained was told:  “I pee on your negative (comments). Now you lost your glasse b—h!”

The indictment says he later told the victim: “Please drop dead ok?”

Magistrate Judge Michael Dolinger ordered Borker held without bail despite please from  Borker’s lawyer who noted his client was not accused of actual violence.
