A new feature for Facebook will warn users when the government is hacking their accounts. Facebook said they will notify users if they believe an account has been targeted or compromised by someone working for the government. Users can then enable two-factor authentication under login approvals. The company said It will only issue the warning when it has strong evidence. No reaction from the government on Facebook’s announcement. There is action you can take right now to help prevent getting hacked by anyone. It’s called two-factor authentication. When you try to login you are sent a code via your phone. You have to enter that code to complete the login process.
