FCC looks for $48k fine from cellular telephone sticking driver

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is request a $48,000 fine to be imposed against a man who purportedly kept a telephone jammer in his auto. The FCC said that it might be looking to force three checks of a $16,000 punishment against Florida occupant Jason Humphreys for illicitly working a cellular telephone sticking gadget and creating impedance deliberately. As stated by the FCC protest (PDF), Humphreys kept the jammer in truck and enacted throughout his every day drive so as to keep different drivers from utilizing their cell phones in the driver’s seat.
