A former Rusk County man was given an 11-year sentence after facing 48 counts of felony child pornography possession.
Thomas J. Beer, 53, who now lives in Wausau, was found guilty of six counts in a plea agreement and sentenced Thursday, Nov. 19 in Marathon County Circuit Court to five years in prison and six years concurrent extended supervision. Forty-two counts of felony child pornography possession were dismissed, but read in for the record.
