Berkeley Township police recently arrested a Holiday City woman and charged her with identity theft,CREDIT CARD fraud, credit card theft and forgery after an extensive financial crime investigation, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said. Detective Michael Tier conducted the investigation and arrested Kathleen Donohue, Carlisle Road on Oct. 5. The theft occurred over a period of time and involved using the victim’s identity and personalBANKING information, the chief said.
