POSITION DESCRIPTION: i. Serve as liaison between ACS Office of the CISO and Client to assess needs, coordinate security solutions projects including cost reconciliation, implementation and steady state conditions; ii. Serve as a technical expert and manager for all Security planning, implementations, reviews, and audits of Supplier Services; iii. Advise Client Operational, Security, and Management personnel on new security capabilities and practices in the industry; iv. Maintain a detailed expertise knowledge base on security planning and implementation capabilities within Supplier’s organization and translate, when possible, such practices to Client requirements; v. Take responsibility for ensuring all Supplier processes, tools, and systems adhere to both ACS’ and Client’s Policies and Practices; vi. Take responsibility for ensuring all Supplier personnel are aware of and comply with required Security Policies and Practices; vii. Advise on technology innovations, security threats, and other industry trends. QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications i. BA / BS in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and / or experience; ii. Industry certification in IT security (preferably CISSP); iii. Ten (10) years of experience in information technology, with at least five (5) years experience as a security manager for a large, multi-service IT environment; iv. Two (2) years experience as a security manager for a service delivery program in a v. client environment with intimate understanding of corporate and industry security policies and restrictions – experience and knowledge of government security requirements a definite benefit; vi. Experience in the conducting of security audits, investigating findings, and successfully reducing security risks through making and implementing recommendations; vii. Proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). All other duties as assigned
