Jim Wells County bank account hacked

Bad news for Jim Wells County. On Monday morning, the Jim Wells County Sheriff’s Department told County Commissioners that someone hacked into the county’s bank account and stole $5,000. The county is in the process of switching their money to a new account. There’s no word yet on who hacked the account.
