FORT MEYERS, Fla. – A registered nurse from the Fort Meyers area faces fraud charges for stealing credit card information from patients. The Fort Meyers News-Press reports that the 57-year-old nurse provided home-health services. The Lee County sheriff’s office says the woman created fraudulent credit accounts using the names of at least eight of her patients and that she used the credit on gift cards and car repairs.
