LG launches Hi-Fi music service for select Android smartphones

LG today announced its own music service for smartphones, which will debut later this month in 70 countries around the world (including the US, Brazil, the UK, France, Italy, Russia, China, and Australia).

While the service doesn’t seem to have a name of its own yet, LG says that it’s going to provide Hi-Fi (high fidelity) music to owners of select Android handsets that support 24-bit playback, like the LG G4, G Flex 2, G3, and G2. The service will be accessible via the LG SmartWorld app, as well as at www.lgworld.com.
