Investigators say a man cut himself with a knife just before he was arrested on child porn charges.
Coffee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 48-Year-Old Jeffrey Doyle Young on October 18 on outstanding warrants for child pornography.
They found Young standing in a bedroom with a large gash on his stomach. He told deputies he had cut himself.
Officials recovered the pornography on computer hard drives.
Young was later taken to Coffee Regional Medical Center for his injuries.
There was no immediate word on whether a bond amount would be considered.
