Middletown woman sentenced for home burglary

A 21-year-old Dauphin County woman has been sentenced to prison for burglarizing a Lebanon County home earlier this year.

Judge Charles T. Jones Jr. sentenced Taylor V. Noggle, Middletown, to Lebanon County prison for 11 months to two years and ordered her to pay fines of $750 for burglary, conspiracy and possession of an instrument of crime.

She was sentenced for breaking into a home in the 1000 block of Mine Road in South Londonderry Township on April 29 and stealing $1,260 worth of items including a computer, according to court records.

In other cases before Jones last week:

Jennifer Shortell, 28, of 235 S. 12th St., Lebanon, was sentenced to county prison for eight months to two years, fined $500 and ordered to pay restitution of nearly $175 on three counts of forgery, four of access-device fraud and one of theft.

Jesus J. Troche-Freytes, 22, of 819 Lehman St., Lebanon, was sentenced to county prison for seven months to two years, fined $300 and ordered to pay restitution of more than $12,000 for burglary and conspiracy.

James C. Bazick Jr., 24, no permanent address, was sentenced to county prison for six months to two years, fined $200 and ordered to pay $400 restitution for theft.

Marc D. Leroux Jr., 37, of 12 Geesaman Park Lane, Fredericksburg, was sentenced to county prison for two months to one year and fined $450 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Felix Mercado, 41, of 369 N. Ninth St., Lebanon, was sentenced to county prison for one month to two years and fined $350 for theft. He was made eligible for parole immediately because he had already served his minimum sentence.

Carlos A. Pinero, 27, of 120 N. Ninth St., first floor, Lebanon, was sentenced to county prison for 72 hours to six months and fined $1,000 for drunken driving.

Emillio Cortez III, 36, of 362 N. 10th St., Lebanon, was sentenced to county prison for 48 hours to six months and fined $500 for drunken driving.

Thomas R. Zahorec, 57, of 18 N. Sixth St., Lebanon, was sentenced to two years probation, fined $250 and ordered to pay restitution of $1,060 for criminal mischief.

Benjamin Marroquin-Diaz, 24, no known address, was sentenced to six months probation and fined $100 for giving police a false name.

Eduardo Arroyo, 18, of 342 Monroe St., Lebanon, was sentenced to six months probation and fined $500 for drunken driving.
