ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – An Espanola woman has pleaded guilty to a federal aggravated identity theft charge.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 53-year-old Roberta Dunsworth entered her plea last week before U.S. Magistrate Lorenzo Garcia in a plea agreement.

She pleaded to one count of a 14-count indictment that accused her of bank fraud, aggravated identity theft and fraudulent use of unauthorized access devices.

The other 13 counts will be dismissed at sentencing, which has not been set.

She faces two years in prison and paying $26,000 in restitution.

She admitted in the plea agreement that while employed at Wells Fargo Bank in Espanola between October 2008 and March 2009, she unlawfully used a customer’s identity to obtain credit and debit cards and open accounts, then withdrew bank money for her own use.
