 Powered by Max Banner Ads Oshkosh Police are investigating the theft of a credit card that was used fraudulently at a west side pharmacy. A man used the credit card at CVS Pharmacy, 1736 W. Ninth Ave., on Jan. 27, according to Oshkosh Police. Anyone with information about the man’s identity or the theft is asked to contact Oshkosh Police, (920) 236-5700.
