The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

Nov. 4

At 4:21 a.m. police responded to the Bob Hurley parking lot for a report of two subjects there, one under a car. One subject was arrested. No name was logged.

At 5:22 a.m. police took a report on a noise complaint at Wolfpak Performance.

At 6:28 a.m. police responded to Paladin Apartments for a report of a subject laying face down in the grass. A domestic abuse report was made and extra patrol requested for the 900 block of S. 13th Street.

At 7:51 a.m. police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 7th and Hartford. A report was made.

At 8:44 a.m. police arrested Jeffrey Daily in the 2000 block of Joe Street for operating a vehicle with out a windshield.

At 9:30 a.m. police responded to the 2200 block of Mary Street for a report of a butcher knife found next to an alcoholic beverage.

At 11:02 a.m. police responded to the 800 block of S. 1st Street for a report of an accident. Adam Cain was arrested for DUI.

At 3:15 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at South Ave. and Waverly. 

At 3:27 p.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at Grand and Waverly.

Nov. 5

At 10:57 a.m. police took  report on a windshield busted out of a pickup at the RecPlex.

At 2:09 p.m. police responded to Ash and Hartford for a report of an accident. A male reportedly suffered a seizure and was unresponsive. Ambulance responded.

At 2:32 p.m. police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 4th and Hartford.

At 2:42 p.m. police received a notification from El Dorado, Kan. police concerning homicide suspect, Broderick Lydon Carter, 36, a black male, last seen in a white Buick Lucerne with tag number AJI66G. He reportedly is 6ft 2 and weighs 205 lbs and has ties in Oklahoma City. He was later arrested in Oklahoma City. (see story below)

At 5 p.m. police arrested Tiffany Dehart for child abuse by injury in the 800 block of east Cherry.

At 6:50 p.m. police took a report in the 700 block of N. Elm for a subject possibly named Annie, who allegedly broke into a residence and took a safe. A black Mustang was seen in the alley.

At 7:38 p.m. police responded to Wendy’s for a report of a firearm laying on the ground. Police responded and it wasn’t a real gun.

Nov. 6

At 2:49 a.m. police responded to the area of Attucks for a report of two males in a truck pointing a firearm at another. There were multiple hit and runs reported. Officers responded and lost sight of the vehicle. Two incidents reports were made.

At 3:53 p.m. police responded to McDonald’s for a report of a suspicious vehicle. A report was taken for possession marijuana.

At 6:18 a.m. police responded to the 400 block of N. 9th Street for a report of possible stabbing victim. Jermaine Abbington was arrested on burglary and assault charges.

At 10:27 a.m. police arrested a juvenile male in the 800 S. 9th Street. 

At 8:02 p.m. police responded to the 900 block of east Cherry for a report of juvenile beating his mother with a frying pan. A report was made.

Nov. 7

At 2:35 a.m. police recovered a stolen vehicle in the area of 12th and Edwards. A juvenile male was arrested.

At 4 p.m. police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1600 block of S. 10th Street.

At 4:34 p.m. police took a report on missing inventory.

At 5:03 p.m. police took a report on a burglary reported in the 800 block of N. Lake.

At 7:11 p.m. police responded to a report of an accident at 14th and Cooley for an accident.

At 9:57 p.m. police arrested a 17-year-old for possession of a firearm.
