CHILDREN: THIS IS A MASSIVE FIGHT INVOLVING CARRICK HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OVER HERE AT THE CORNER OF BROWNSVILLE ROAD AND PARKFIELD STREET. IT INVOLVED TWO GROUPS OF GIRLS. WHILE THAT WAS HAPPENING, ANOTHER FIGHT BROKE OUT ACROSS THE STREET WITH MALE STUDENTS AND IS ASSERT FIGHT BROKE OUT. HERE IS A SHOT OF PITTSBURGH POLICE TRYING TO BREAK UP THE FIGHT. POLICE SAY THE BRAWLED INVOLVED 100 STUDENTS. THEY SAY IT IS NOT UNIQUE TO CARRICK HIGH SCHOOL, BUT IS VERY TROUBLING. Large fight involving students breaks out in Carrick

                Pittsburgh police responded to a large fight involving Carrick High School students that happened shortly after the end of school Wednesday.A student shared video with Pittsburgh's Action News 4 that showed some of the incident near the corner of Brownsville Road and Parkfield Street. Watch the video above."This is an ongoing challenge, for not only Pittsburgh police but for the school police and for the schools," Pittsburgh Public Safety spokeswoman Cara Cruz said. "This is happening at schools around the city after school, so this is definitely something that they are all working on together."Students say a fight involving two groups of girls started at the bus stop. While that was happening, a fight with male students broke out across the street. Then, a third fight broke out. Video showed police officers trying to break it up."It was just all chaos, and everybody just kept fighting, and the girls started fighting again and it was just a bunch of people," one student told Pittsburgh's Action News 4.Police say the brawl involved about 100 students in all. No injuries were reported, and no arrests were made.
