BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) – West Melbourne Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two women who stole credit cards and used them to purchase gift cards.
Investigators say on Tuesday around 3:00 p.m. a heavy set female, who was in the company of a dark skinned black female of medium build, entered the 7-11 store located at 3055 W. New Haven Avenue and purchased two $100.00 gift cards with two stolen credit cards.
Police say shortly before the gift card purchase, a wallet containing the credit cards used were stolen from a woman who was shopping at JoAnn Fabrics down the street from the 7-11.
