Samsung Gear S2 and S2 Classic will be launched on October 2 in Canada

While Samsung already announced that its Gear S2 smartwatch family would be available to buy starting October, it didn’t provide an exact release date. However, we now know when the Gear S2 and Gear S2 Classic will be launched in Canada.

According to Best Buy Canada, which today started taking pre-orders for both the Gear S2 and Gear S2 Classic, the two new Samsung smartwatches will be released on October 2. Customers up north can pre-order the Gear S2 for $399.99 Canadian dollars (about $300 USD), while the Gear S2 Classic costs $429.99 Canadian dollars (about $324 USD).
