Dell SecureWorks is looking to hire a eGRC / Archer developer, who would designs systems and programs within the Archer application. This position would include both assisting in developing the processes driven by the tool and the technical development of the processes.
Essential Job Functions
Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents Archer eGRC modules.
Prepares specifications from which eGRC programs are developed and coded. Ensures programs meet standards and technical specifications; performs technical analysis and component delivery..
Designs and implements enhancement to existing programs.
Supports eGRC tool and leads effort to resolve technical and system issues.
Manages access control to and in the eGRC tool
Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
Conducts quality assurance activities to ensure programs are working correctly
Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
Remains abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three or more years of programming or testing experience
One or more years of experience in developing eGRC / Archer based applications
eGRC experience on Archer on Demand application development
Experience with Archer version 5.1.2 and above
Experience on Java / Web services / XML
Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software
Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL) to facilitate programming software
Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
Experience with Compliance, Audit, and Security tools and processes
Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs
Ability to work as part of team and independently
Interpersonal skills to interact with team members
Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients
