Details of this critical opening follow:

KEY OBJECTIVE

To assist in the development and implementation of a global security program, focused on data protection. Utilize industry leading tools and technology to work with business leaders and application teams to implement the controls necessary to enhance the overall security posture of ACE. Work closely with the global Security Operations team to identify security risks while implementing solutions to mitigate those risks. The position requires hands-on technical work, a deep understanding of data security challenges (i.e. identity management and data encryption) as well as strong project management disciplines and communication skills.

MAJOR DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

? Design and implementation of comprehensive data security solutions at ACE, such as encryption, identity governance, DLP, malware protection and vulnerability management.
? Provide creative solutions, including application developer education and consulting, to fulfill the enterprise application security requirements.
? Assist the team with technical forensic investigation efforts on a global level.
? Provide creative solutions to data protection issues raised by business leaders and the application development community.
? Collaborate with IT units and auditors to validate and verify audit findings, deficiencies and remediation plans.
? Participate in cross-functional project teams along with individuals from IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture and Application Development to design and implement security solutions as prioritized by management.
? Collaborate with other regional data security personnel, located around the globe, to define and implement global standards, solutions and best practices.
? Stay current on relevant security regulations, laws and technologies in an effort to manage solutions as required.
? Conduct assessments of existing security operational processes and recommend changes to associated policies and standards.
? Maintain the documented global information security policies.
? Direct remediation plans to deliver corrective actions as planned.
? Create implementation plans with well defined and measurable milestones; track and report progress to senior management.
? Develop metrics and key performance/risk indicators to depict strengths and opportunities.
? Provide subject matter expertise and consultative support with regards to the ACE’s identity governance and application security programs.

SCOPE

This position reports to the VP, Global Security Operations for the ACE Group. Responsibilities require collaboration with the ability to influence and affect change in support of key objectives at both local and global levels. The ability to manage multiple priorities is essential. Periodically directs the activities of external resources. This position will require minimal travel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Technically skilled individual with:
? 5+ years, hands-on, broad-based information security experience
? 3-5 years technical experience across multiple platforms (i.e. Mainframe, Windows, UNIX)
? 1-3 years of experience with application security solutions
? 1-3 years of experience with identity management solutions
? 1-3 years forensic investigative experience (i.e. EnCase)
? 1-3 years of experience with encryption tools (i.e. PGP)
? Strong results orientation and organizational skills
? Customer service driven
? Collaborative with the ability to achieve impact and influence
? Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
? Demonstrates sense of urgency and a high-degree of initiative and professional judgment
? Proven track record of problem solving and successfully implementing cost effective solutions
? Ability to provide periodic off-hour and weekend support for critical security matters

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

? BS in Computer Science or other related disciplines
? Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or equivalent
? PMP or other project management certifications
