NEW YORK — Slain NYPD cop Peter Figoski’s partner was promoted to detective yesterday as the fund set up for his four daughters reached $1,364,366.

Officer Glenn Estrada was lauded by Police Commissioner Ray Kelly for his "extraordinary bravery" for chasing down and capturing the thug who allegedly gunned down Figoski on Dec.s12.

"He was cool and calm during the whole pursuit," Kelly said of Estrada, who received a standing ovation at a ceremony yesterday at Police Headquarters.

"We’re proud of him."

Also promoted yesterday, to the rank of deputy chief, was Jeffrey Maddrey, the commanding officer of Estrada’s and Figoski’s 75th Precinct.

"His leadership has been instrumental in helping the command and the community to contend with the tragedy," Kelly said.

Figoski left four daughters: Christine, 19, a SUNY Oneonta undergrad; Caitlyn, 18, a SUNY Plattsburgh undergrad; Caroline, 16, and Corinne, 14, both high-school students in West Babylon, LI.

Launched by the New York Post and the New York City Police Foundation, the Peter Figoski Scholarship Fund will provide for their college educations.

Donations are tax deductible and can be made by mailing checks to the charity’s addresses. Credit- and debit-card donations can be made at www.nycpolicefoundation.org.

Both mail and online donations should be clearly marked for the Peter Figoski Scholarship Fund.
