Job Description – Software Engineer

Position
We are currently seeking to fill positions for Software Engineers to support our nationwide expansion and growth. The successful candidate will receive formal and on the job training as a developer in Forefront Identity Manager 2010, the fastest growing Identity Management product on the market.
Job Duties
This individual will:
- Consult with Fortune 1000 clients
- Assist in the selection of tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects
- Utilize his/her solid development skills to customize and configure identity management, enterprise roles and attestation automation technologies
- Provide development support to engagement teams with strong emphasis on identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC) and access attestation automation technologies
- Conduct requirements analysis, meeting business owners and perform current state system analysis
- Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and see to understand the broader impact of current decisions
- Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients and fellow consultants
- Be willing to travel 3 nights/4 days per week when on out-of-town assignments
- Complex problems requiring analytical problem solving
Desired Skills Experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a solid GPA
- Must have good written and language communications skills
- Strong development skills in at least one of the following:
- .NET development
- Object Oriented development
- Identity Management development (any of the tier 1 solutions in the market)
- Enterprise roles experience
- Access Attestation Automation (a.k.a. Access Re-Certification Automation)
- 2+ years of professional experience which should include working with a team and dealing with
