A Police officer whose beat is Ponderosa High School started the investigation after he heard of the video at school. It was shot last weekend at the home of a 16-year-old boy and shows him having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
That girl told investigators she had no idea another 15-year-old boy was in in the room, recording it with a cell phone camera.
The two boys are now facing adult charges: Possession and distribution of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a child and conspiracy to commit a felony crime.
Bob Granade has a daughter who goes to Ponderosa High School. He says he hadn’t heard of the arrests but was surprised to learn of this happening at a small town school like Ponderosa.
