Just yesterday, we told you about Google’s new logo and icons. Now, one of the best known trademarks in wireless is also getting revamped. The familiar red check mark used by Verizon Wireless is shrinking, and is almost an afterthought on the carrier’s new logo, which was released internally on Wednesday. In addition to the size of the check mark, it is now located at the end of the company’s name. The red “Z” in Verizon has also been ditched.
