On February 14th, officers with the Johnson City Police Department arrested 24 year-old Brittney Stines of Elizabethton and charged her with two counts of credit card fraud and forgery. Around 3 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance outside of Numan’s bar in downtown Johnson City. Officers found three women outside the bar in a verbal fight. One woman was identified as Stines who has an active warrant out for her arrest. The warrant stems from an investigation of stolen credit cards that was reported on February 3rd. Stines became a suspect through surveillance video from two different businesses. Stines was arrested and taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held on a $3,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on February 17th in Washington County General Sessions Court. source: http://www.wjhl.com/story/28126380/woman-arrested-charged-with-credit-card-fraud-forgery
