Huawei Honor Play 5X to be introduced during October 10th media event?

Huawei has sent out invitations for a media event to be held on October 10th. During the event, we expect to see Huawei formally introduce the Huawei Honor Play 5X. The handset recently was certified by Chinese regulator TENAA, and could be considered a low to mid-range model. While we won’t know the pricing of the phone until next Saturday, there is speculation that it will be offered for the equivalent of $158 USD.

Google’s media event for September 29th now official; new Nexus models to be unveiled?

Circle your calendar for September 29th. Google has now officially announced that a media event will be taking place at noon EDT on that date. LG V10 phone with secondary display likely to be unveiled at LG’s confirmed October 1st press event

Apple iPad Pro to be unveiled at next week’s event?

A week from today, Apple will introduce the Apple iPhone 6s and the Apple iPhone 6s Plus. But 9to5 Mac says that a trusted source has told them that also getting unveiled at the event will be the Apple iPad mini 4, and the long-awaited large screened Apple iPad Pro. While a third version of the Apple iPad Air is in the works, that tablet isn’t expected to be released until 2016.

We come to that conclusion from the numerals on the back of the two jerseys in the foreground of the teaser.
