ared Fogle, the disgraced Subway spokesman, is being sentenced for possession of child pornography and sexual conduct with a minor on November 19.
Court documents show prosecutors asked the judge to sentence him to 12 and a half years in prison, and a lifetime of supervised probation.
The 38-year-old received the lion’s share of the child porn from his former foundation head Russell Taylor, who produced a few of the videos personally and acquired others from Eastern Europe, court docs stated, noting that Fogle also had sex with prostitutes on “hundreds of occasions” – including twice with underage girls.
