Felony arrests

  • Theft, identity theft — Christopher Ryan Wolfe, 21, of the 4300 block of Orr Drive, Central Point. Central Point police Monday added charges of first-degree theft and identity theft against Wolfe. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail.
  • Assault — Brandon Marshall Offord, 40, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Offord on charges of felony assault of a police officer, strangulation, fourth-degree assault, harassment and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Identity theft, computer crime — Abraham Daniel Chapman, 31, of the 5900 block of Peace Lane, Central Point. Chapman appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with identity theft and computer crime. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Gregory Paul Costa, 20, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Costa on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Assault — Irani D. Cyrus, 31, of San Ramon, Calif. Medford police Tuesday arrested Cyrus on charges of felony assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing and two counts of harassment. He was lodged in jail on $53,000 bail.
  • Sex offender — Richard George Brown, 42, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Brown on two counts of failure to register as a sex offender by his birthday. He was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
  • Rape — Romeo Ernesto Nunez-Gonzalez, 23, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Nunez-Gonzalez on three counts of third-degree rape. He was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Javier Ruiz Rodriguez, 36, of the 3000 block of Via Verde Circle, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Rodriguez on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Domenic Robert Pritchett, 20, of the 200 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Medford police Wednesday arrested Pritchett on charges of possession of methamphetamine, third-degree theft and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Forgery, identity theft, theft — Leilani Maria Perez, 27, of the 600 block of North Main Street, Phoenix. Medford police Wednesday arrested Perez on charges of first-degree theft, identity theft, first-degree forgery and three counts of failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail on $21,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Kathryn Ellen Puckett, 27, of the 300 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Puckett on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Forgery — Rafael Sanchez-Meraz, 58, no known address. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Sanchez-Meraz on charges of failure to display an vehicle operating license, first-degree possession of a forged instrument and carrying a concealed weapon. He was lodged in jail on $11,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Cara Robyn Vanderpool, 36, of the 3000 block of Cummings Lane, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Vanderpool on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
