Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Information Security Manager for a rapidly growing, leading global provider of entertainment products services. The Global Information Security Analyst will be responsible for the design, documentation, and implementation of the Companys Global Information Security policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards based on applicable industry standards, regulations, and laws. Will also be responsible for assisting in developing, delivering, and managing on-going information security awareness and training efforts across the organization. Will support Privacy and Data protection teams and be the primary team member responsible for developing user access processes and technologies for on-boarding, transferring and termination.
Background Required:
Information security in a corporate environment (3 years)
Information Security Policy schemas supporting structures (i.e. Standards and SOP)
Security management frameworks (i.e. ISO/IEC 17799:2005 or 270xx, NIST)
Logical access controls and user lifecycle management
Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and relevant audit requirements and procedures
Basic understanding of user authentication and authorization (i.e. AD, LDAP, IAM concepts)
Information security campaign awareness and training delivery methods and tools
Developed policies, standards and guidance for information security
Worked with IT personnel to implement and enforce information security policies and standards
Maintained updated policies, guidelines, standards, and standard operating procedures.
Validated IT security mechanisms enforced user authentication and/or authorization
Education: Bachelors degree (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems)
Residence: Southern California (no relocation assistance)
Background Preferred (but not required):
One or both certifications (CISSP, GIAC)
Entertainment, Large Professional Services or High Tech
Other Essential Abilities and Skills:
Problem solving
Prepared system and process documentation (i.e. flow charts, narration)
Tracked and completed multiple concurrent tasks projects
Works independently
