Lower Makefield Police Report: Dec. 10


All information provided by Lower Makefield police:

THEFT FROM AUTO – On Maplevale Dr. a complainant reports that sometime overnight on Dec. 12 an unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a GPS $5 in loose change. Total value is $145. The theft was reported at 8:23 a.m.

THEFT VIA CREDIT CARD – At the 500 block of Hearthstone Dr. a complainant reports someone used her credit card at several retail stores charging over $200. The theft was reported at 10:15 a.m.

DRUG ARREST WANTED PERSON – At the 500 block of West Trenton Avenue, police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 24-year-old male passenger for possessing drug paraphernalia. He also had an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody, arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison. The arrest was made at 2:41 p.m.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – At 1500 Oxford Valley Rd. a complainant reports that sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. an unknown person(s) forced entry through the front door and removed several items. The burglary was made at 5:36 p.m.

DUI DRUG ARREST – A the 500 block of West Trenton Avenue, police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31-year-old male driver from Newtown for driving under the influence. The arrest was made at 11:47 a.m.


THEFT – At the 2000 block of Makefield Road a complainant reports that sometime on Dec. 8 an unknown person(s) removed a package that was delivered on the front porch. Total value is $80. The theft was reported at 1:31 p.m.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – At the 800 block of Henry Drive a complainant reports that sometime between 9 p.m. on Dec. 11 and 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 12 an unknown person(s) ripped the mailbox post out of the ground. Total damage is $300. The mischief was reported at 4 p.m.

DUI ARREST – At the 500 block of West Trenton Avenue, police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 18-year-old male driver from Morrisville for driving under the influence. The arrest was made at 1:40 a.m.

FALSE ID ARREST – At Big Oak and Pine Grove roads, police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 40-year-old male driver from Bristol for false identification to law enforcement and he was wanted on a failure to appear warrant. The arrest was made at 4 p.m.

THEFT – At the 1200 block of Clearview Drive a complainant reports that several items were missing after moving company transported property. The theft was reported at 3:40 p.m.
