Microsoft Cortana for Android now available via Google Play Store in public beta (US only)

Not long after releasing a closed beta, Microsoft today launched Cortana for Android in public beta – but only for the US market. So, if you’re in the US, you can now download and install Cortana on your Android device with just a few clicks or taps.

Of course, Android already has Google Now, which is a great digital personal assistant, but it looks like plenty of Android (and even iOS) users are willing to try Cortana anyway.
