The Atlanta Branch NAACP Campaign96 membership kickoff will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Saint Paul AME Church from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saint Paul AME’s pastor, Rev. Dr. Gregory Eason, welcomes all of Atlanta to the membership kickoff, which is hosted by radio personalities and community activists Derrick Boazman and Rashad Richey. The Atlanta Branch was founded in 1919 and Campaign96 commemorates the 96 year history of activism and advocacy. The evening will be informative and entertaining, including past NAACP ACT-SO talent winners, local choirs and groups headlined by Muziq Events.
If you cannot make the event, you may show your support by donating $96, which includes annual membership for non-life members.
Presenters will include: former State Representative Tyrone Brooks, State Senator Vincent Fort, Dr. R. L. White, Atlanta University Center student leaders, and Atlanta Branch president, Richard Rose.
