The Kyle Police Department arrested Dahlstrom Middle School Assistant Band Director Tyler Townsend on multiple felony charges of possession or promotion of child pornography.
Townsend, 30, who was arrested Thursday, was charged with 10 felony counts of possession or promotion of child pornography and 10 felony counts of invasive visual recordings.
