At 5:57 p.m., arrest on New Derby Street. Jerry James, At 7:54 p.m., motor vehicle accident on Highland Avenue and Crowdis Street.. No injuries. At 9:06 p.m., harassing phone calls on Appleton Street. At 10:26 p.m., parking violation, Vehicle parked too near hydrant. Vehicle tagged. Monday, March 9 At 5:02 a.m., past larceny on Highland Avenue. Reporting party stated that someone again entered her apartment and stole various items from her apartment. Door or lock was not damaged. Party was advised to ask management relocate to another apartment or change the locks. At 8:05 a.m., gas leak reported on Jefferson Avenue. Fire Department on the scene. At 8:19 a.m., dog found on Proctor Street. Small white dog found without ID collar or microchip. Animal control officer notified. Dog taken to Danvers Animal Hospital. Animal control officer in Peabody notified. At 9:06 a.m., children on Salem Street did not want to go to school. Party reported her kids would not get up and go to school. Called police.
