Keeping more people out of prison will be the focus of a meeting in Frankfort this week.
A committee created to find less-costly alternatives to prison is set to meet Tuesday and propose legislation for the 2011 General Assembly.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports the task force is considering several possibilities including changing the law about drug trafficking near schools.
