Heres the instructions I used: Mount the Ultimate Boot CD. Set boot sequence to CDRom only. Shut down and boot then go into the VNC. Open HDD Open Data Recovery Open Offline NT Password Press Enter to boot Under Step One: Choose the disk that isn’t the boot. [usually option 2] If asked to force, say yes. Under Step Two: Press enter Press 1 for password reset Under Step Three: Press 1 to edit user data and passwords Type Administrator Press 1 to clear Press ! to quit Press q to quit Under Step Four: Press y to save. Press n to new run. Close the VNC and go back to main view. Unmount the Ultimate CD and mount your Windows CD. Set boot sequence back to HD first. Shut down and boot up. Go back into the VNC and start windows normally. Your Admin password is now blank and needs to be set.
