Yoh is currently searching for a Senior Storage Area Network (SAN) Engineer for a client project in Newtown Square, PA.
Job Overview:
This is a 4-5 month contract and potential candidates must have solid experience with Clariion and NAS. The responsibilities of the SAN Engineer will include a variety of tasks related to a consolidation strategy project.
Job Responsibilities:
– Gathering environment data such as host grabs, switch reports (off of Cisco and Brocade switches), and SP_Collects.
– Assisting the team with Host Remediation as needed. (Code upgrade, OS upgrades and any other host remediation that may be necessary.)
– VNX configuration (block and/or file) and day to day management.
– RecoverPoint configuration and day to day management
– Celerra Replicator configuration and day to day management
– Data Migration (PPME, Open Migrator, SANCopy, Replicator, Mirrorview, SecureCopy)
– Production and DR DMX4 upgrades for FWD Client project.
– Will provide onsite knowledge transfer, documentation and support for day to day activities in support of the installation and integration of the storage infrastructure.
Job Qualifications:
– Must have solid experience with Clariion, NAS and VNX.
