The latest Android One handset is now available in Spain and Portugal

The Android One program is designed by Google to offer low-priced, value-packed Android flavored handsets to emerging markets. The idea is that once entry-level smartphone buyers get used to Android, they will stick with the platform for the rest of their lives. The newest Android One model, the BQ Aquaris A4.5, is now available to consumers in Spain and Portugal with a price tag equivalent to $193 USD.
